How much does it cost?

You have a few options to fit your (and your team’s) needs - monthly or annually- for a Standard or Premium Plan. See the pricing page for details and features.

How can I pay for my subscription?

We use Stripe as a payment platform that guarantees a highly secure method of payment, and it also offers one of the best options for payment:

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can – if you've subscribed to a monthly plan. In the case of an annual plan, your subscription will be active until the renewal date.

Do you have a free trial available?

Yes, we do. If you subscribe to a yearly plan, Standard or Premium, the first month is on us, and you can cancel your subscription at any time during this trial if you feel the platform is not a good fit for you.

What about producer groups' pricing options?

Yes - We have a set-up process for producer groups. Contact us for a quote.

Does CE Records offer money back guarantee?

With CE Records, there is no need for one. On an annual plan, every new member gets a free 30-day trial. You pay nothing when you sign up, and you get to enjoy CE Records for 30 days. Love it? Just stick around; you'll only be charged for your chosen plan after your trial period is up. And, of course, you can cancel anytime.

Do you offer any tutorials or training materials?

Yes! We provide detailed support tutorials, but we go even beyond that. As a member, you get personal orientation training to make sure you create and add your first credit without a hitch. Standard and Premium members can also schedule a free, 1-on-1 onboarding call.

Do I need to install any software on my computer?

No. CE Records takes care of all the hosting, and your records are hosted on our secure servers. All you need is an internet connection and a browser.

Can I cancel my subscription at anytime?

Yes. We don't lock you into a long-term contract or force you to call us to cancel. You pay for each month or year in advance. When you want to cancel, you do so inside your account with just a few clicks—no hoops to jump through. No shenanigans.

Data Security

How do you keep my personal information safe?

Keeping your information secure is very important to us. This is why we built a secure platform separate from our public website. Not only did we set up this platform to be highly secure, but we also wanted to minimize any unwanted traffic to it.

What do you do with my data?

Only you and your assistant(s) (only if you grant them the privilege to do so) can view your data. We will only use anonymous data on the platform to improve the user experience of our tool and for statistical purposes.

Where do you store my credit card data?

We don't store your credit card data on our platform. We use Stripe, one of the most secure payment platforms in the market: https://ce-records.com/privacy-policy/.

Features

Can I take a picture of my certificate and upload it?

Yes. Please take a photo, save it as a PDF file, and then upload it.

Can I assign my credits based on category requirements for my designations?

Yes. When adding credits, choose the categories that apply to your designation. Assign based on the number issued on the certificate.

Will I get reminders?

Yes. To keep you informed and ensure you never miss a deadline: You will receive in-app reminder notifications in your inbox. You can also set up reminders to go directly to your email or to be sent as a text to your phone or your assistant's.

Do I have to download the app?

No. CE Records uses a web-app platform. If you have access to the internet, you will have access to the CE Records from any device.

Where do I find my License Date?

For your Insurance license, check the regulator site FSRA. Check the IIROC or MFDA/AMF sites for investments, or ask your internal compliance officer.

Where do I find my Designation Date?

Check the date on the designation certificate that was issued to you.

Can I assign my record-keeping to my assistant?

Yes - Go to your profile > User Access. You can add your assistant with a few clicks.

Do you have a dealer platform?

Yes - We have a platform to help dealers with their supervisory duty on this issue.

Do you have a platform for Mutual Fund companies, Banks, and Insurance manufacturers?

Yes - We have a platform to help drive your marketing engines, drive more traffic to your continuing education content and provide insights for product development and sales. Contact us for more details.

Why is my dashboard not updated?

The dashboard shows progress for your current cycle. It will reset when you start a new cycle.

What designations can CE Records currently track?

Our platform can track the following designations:
